The Victorian solar rebate was introduced in 2018 to make it easier for Victorians to access and install solar power at home. Initially limited to the first 24,000 homes to apply, it’s popularity proved to be absolutely unparalleled, and the scheme was temporarily closed after over 30,000 applications had been approved.
